Inclement Weather

We would like to invite our parents to participate in an orientation from 6p-7p and an Open House to follow from 7p-8p on Tuesday, September, 13th . At this orientation we will discuss what an afternoon looks like for your child as a 21st Century and ELISS Participant. We will talk about the specific program components, opportunities for Family Engagement, and allow time for questions that you may have about the two programs.

We strongly encourage you to stay for the Open House portion which will begin with a tour of the new facility, as well as give you all the opportunity to meet the Program Staff that interact with your children on a daily basis. This tour will begin approximately around 7pm.

We are excited to be able to meet all of you Tuesday, September 13th and answer any questions you may have.

Club closings and delays due to inclement weather will be announced as early as possible.

The Club generally follows the decisions of Cabarrus County Schools on days of inclement weather. However, on days we feel the road conditions are suitable for travel, we may open as a "School Closing Day" (7:30 am-7:00 pm) or open with a delay.

If schools close in the middle of day, the Club will be closed.
