PANCAKE DAY

Pancake Day is one of the community’s favorite traditions-some even call it a "Concord Holiday!" For 65 years, board members, staff and volunteers have spent their day cooking pancakes and sausage for thousands of hungry customers. In 2019, over 5,600 people were served throughout the day!

After 2 long years without Pancake Day, we are thrilled to announce our 2022 event will be held Thursday, March 17!

The 65th Annual Pancake Day, proudly presented this year by SHOE SHOW, INC., offers a variety of opportunities for participation, from volunteering to sponsoring to simply attending the event.  Funds raised from Pancake Day are more important than ever. Your support ensures kids and families have a safe space, a hot meal, help with homework, kind and encouraging words from caring mentors...all adding up to Great Futures for young people, especially those who need us most.

Sponsorships are a great way to advertise your business or simply show your support for this long-standing Concord tradition! Click the button below to learn more.

Tickets will be available in February. Questions? Contact Mary Wilder at mwilder@bgclubcab.org.

We can't wait to see you on March 17, 2022!

Safety Guidelines

We encourage all attendees and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.

  • For anyone who is not fully vaccinated, we strongly recommend that you wear a mask over your mouth and nose when not actively eating or drinking.
  • Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer is encouraged.
  • We recommend social distancing at least 6 feet apart from individuals outside of your party.
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home.

We will not require a physical vaccination status to be shown for entry, however we encourage everyone to make decisions that are in the best interest for themselves and our community. All requirements and guidelines are subject to change at any time before the event based on the local and state mandates.

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 protocols, and we will notify you if we need to make changes to these guidelines prior to the 2022 event.

The above guidelines are subject to change as we get closer to the event.

Due to COVID-19, our 2020 event was canceled just one week before it's scheduled date. But our sponsors and supporters generously honored their pledges and were gracious in their donations, allowing us to bring in $64,000!

With restrictions still in place in 2021, we were unable to hold our traditional Pancake Day event on March 18th. Instead, we held Pan"kid" Day to provide children in our program a chance to experience all that Pancake Day has to offer, including mouth-watering pancakes, sausage, Cheerwine, Sun Drop and milk. Many of our Club kids had never experienced Pancake Day, but with your help we were able to give them a taste of what this event means to our Club.
