Registration

Register Now for Upcoming Programs

Registrations and payments made after 6:00pm will be processed the following business day, unless otherwise specified. We require 2 days to process registrations. If a child registers on Monday, that child will be able to begin the program on Wednesday.

Summer Program

Summer Program Registration begins February 24, 2025. More details coming soon!

If you are interested in registering for the 2025 Summer Program, please complete the Summer Program Inquiry Form below. You will need to complete one form for each child you wish to register. Once we receive your inquiry and any required documentation, a link to register will be sent to your email.  Please keep an eye on your email inbox, including your spam or junk folder, as occasionally our messages might end up there.

  • The 2025 Summer Program is for children who are currently in grades K-12 during the 2024-2025 school year
  • Kids must be 5 years old as of August 31, 2024 AND have completed traditional kindergarten
  • The Summer Program operates 7:30am-6:30pm weekdays from June 2-July 30, 2025
  • Breakfast, lunch, prepared fresh daily, and an afternoon snack are included in the program at no extra cost

2025 Summer Program Fees

  • Summer Program Full Rate (Elementary & Middle School):  $650 per child ($350 deposit / $300 balance due by May 23)
  • Summer Program Reduced Rate (Elementary & Middle School):  $450 per child ($250 deposit / $200 balance due by May 23)
    • Must provide current documentation of Free/Reduced lunch to receive reduced rate
  • Summer Program Rate (High School):  There is no fee for rising 10th-12th grade high school students (grades 9-12 during the 2024-2025 school year)
    • Must provide documentation to verify 2024-2025 school grade (such as report card or high school schedule)

Afterschool Program

Afterschool Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open and will continue throughout the school year.

Program is for children in grades K-12 and operates weekdays as follows:

  • 2:30pm-7:00pm for High School
  • 3:30pm-7:00pm for Elementary (2:30pm-7:00pm for Wolf Meadow Elementary)
  • 4:30pm-7:00pm for Middle School

Transportation is provided from 22 local elementary, middle and high schools.

Snacks/Afternoon dinner is provided each day through Second Harvest Food Bank Kids' Cafe Program and NCDHHS Child and Adult Food Program

Club is open on School Closing Days from 7:30 am-7:00 pm (School Closing Days are included in the Afterschool Program fee at no extra charge)

2024-2025 Afterschool Program Fees

  • Afterschool Program Full Rate (Elementary):  $350 per quarter
  • Afterschool Program Reduced Rate (Elementary):  $200 per quarter
    • Must provide current documentation of Free/Reduced lunch to receive reduced rate
  • Middle School:  $100 per quarter
  • High School:  There is currently no fee for the high school program

Registration Requirements

The following items are required at time of registration.  Registration is not final until all items are received.

  • We require each participant to have a birth certificate on file. New participants must email a copy of birth certificate to frontdesk@bgclubcab.org at time of registration.

  • Payment

    Payment in full (or required deposit) is due at time of registration. Late Fees will apply to those who register after registration ends (if space is available).

  • Late Fees

    Afterschool - Late fees will be applied to accounts not paid by date due as follows:  1-5 business days late $10; 6-10 business days late $20; 11-15 business days late $30; 16-20 business days late $40 and child will be removed from program until payment is made.

  • No Refunds
