SPECIAL EVENTS

  • The 59th Annual Pancake Day fundraiser was held Thursday, March 17th, 2016.  We had a record turnout, with over 5,300 people throughout the day!  Thanks to everyone who participated for helping make this event a huge success!
  • Mark your calendar for the 14th Annual Uwharrie Golf Classic, which will be held Monday, June 6, 2016 at the beautiful Old North State Club at Uwharrie Point.  This is a wonderful opportunity to support the BGC while enjoying a day of golf and fellowship.  More details to come.
  • Save the Date for the 12th Annual Festival of Trees, which will be held December 2nd ~ 4th, 2016 at The Hotel Concord.

  • Registration for 2015-2016 school year continues throughout the school year.  Click here for registration information.
  • The Winecoff and Boger Elementary buses are currently at capacity.  If you would like to be put on a waiting list, please contact the Club. 
  •  4th Quarter payments are due March 24th.  Late fees apply to payments made after this date.
 
 
 
 
 
  
  • 2016 Summer Program Registration is now full, with 550 kids registered to attend.  We do not keep a waiting list.  We are compiling a list of names to build support for future program expansion.  To be placed on this list, please call the Club at 704-721-2582. 


 
 
 
 
  • Basketball season recently wrapped up.  We had a great season!
  • Volleyball practice will begin April 4th.  Click here for schedules.

  • Keystone members have been busy this year!  In November, they held the Annual Blood Drive and Veterans Day Programs, which were both successful community events.  In December, they collected donations for the Rotary Can-A-Thon and rang the bell for the Salvation Army, and in March they set up and volunteered for Pancake Day.  We are proud of all the work our teens do for their community.
  • Congratulations to Reid O'Brien, our 2016 Club Youth of the Year and one of five finalists in the North Carolina Youth of the Year state competition!  Reid is a senior at Concord High School and plans to attend either Alabama or USC in the fall.
  • Keystone Parent's Night will be held April 17th in the gym.
