The 24th Annual Propst Brothers Golf Classic, presented by Craven & Company Realtors, brought our community together at Cabarrus Country Club on September 14th for a day of golf, fellowship and giving back. The generosity of our golfers, sponsors and community partners helps provide the programs and opportunities that Club kids count on all year long.

Burchfield Insurance Group took first place Gross, followed by South Central Oil & Propane, Pioneer Sales & Marketing and The Compass Agency. In Low Net, the Tim & Kay Crist team finished first, followed by Allied Concrete Forming, Rusty Wallace, Inc. and JC Building, Inc.
Individual honors went to Matt Cash for Long Drive and Jeff Horton for Long Putt. Closest to the Hole winners were Ryan Ross (#5), Carson Lambert (#7), Ryan Tyson (#12) and Chris Tomlinson (#15).
The Putt-Fore-Cash competition went to the Rogers & Associates team, with the Fortius Capital Partners team finishing second. And in a fitting nod to the spirit of the tournament, the Childress Insurance team took home the Hospitality Award for supporting the Club by spending the most on Putt-Fore-Cash.
23 teams took to the course, supported by an incredible group of sponsors and community partners. Together, this year's tournament generated more than $87,000 in sponsorships and gifts to support Boys & Girls Club programs and Great Futures for local youth.

After 24 years, the Propst Brothers Golf Classic has generated $1,018,760.82 in revenue for the Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County.
That milestone represents 24 years of this community showing up. Year after year, this event has helped provide the resources that allow Club kids to learn, grow and build Great Futures.
