New Membership Enrollment System
The Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County is transitioning to a new Membership Enrollment System designed to make registration easier and more convenient for families.
With the new system, you will be able to log directly into the enrollment site to create or access your household account and register for programs. You will no longer need to submit an inquiry form and wait to receive a registration link.
We appreciate your patience as we make this transition.
Set Up Your Household Account for Membership Enrollment
Families may now create or update their household accounts in preparation for Program registration.
- Returning families: Log in using the email address previously used for registration. Review your household information and add any children who are not already listed.
- New families: Create a household account using the Primary Adult’s information, select Child Care as the area of interest, and add each child as an Active Youth.
After adding all children, families must review and sign the required Parent Agreements, Waivers, and Parent Guide Acknowledgement.
Creating a household account does NOT register your child for programs. It prepares your account, so you are ready when registration opens.
Afterschool Program (Grades K-5)
2026-27 Afterschool Program Registration opens July 13 at 11:00am
You will be able to register for the Afterschool Program beginning July 13 at 11:00am by logging into your Membership Dashboard and following the steps to resister.

Teen Program (Grades 6-12)

We require 2 business days to process registrations. Registrations and payments made after 6:00pm will be processed the following business day, unless otherwise specified. Students can start on Mondays and Thursdays only as shown below.
Registrations received by 6pm Monday or Tuesday can begin on Thursday.
Registrations received by 6pm Wednesday or Thursday can begin the following Monday.
Registrations received by 6pm Friday, Saturday, or Sunday can begin the following Thursday.
Registrations received after 6pm Monday can begin on Thursday.
Registrations received after 6pm Tuesday or Wednesday can begin the following Monday.
Registrations received after 6pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday can begin the following Thursday. -
Payment
Payment in full (or required deposit) is due at time of registration. Late Fees will apply to those who register after registration ends (if space is available). Deposits MUST be paid in order to secure child's spot in the program.

Late Fees
Afterschool - Late fees will be applied to accounts not paid by date due as follows: 1-5 business days late $10; 6-10 business days late $20 11-15 business days late $30; 16-20 business days late $40* *If payment is not made after 20 days, child will be removed from program. Late fees will remain on child’s account and must be paid in full before re-enrolling in any Club program.
