Marty Weaver, Support Services Director
Marty joined our Club team in summer 2025 as a field trip bus driver and seamlessly moved in to the position of Director of Support Services soon after. Having lived in Concord most of his life, he has strong connections to the Boys & Girls Club from his youth. Marty’s previous work experiences include the WEGO-AM radio station, Clearly Carolina Water and Coffee, and Tesh-Troxler Landscapes and Designs. A graduate of Lander University in South Carolina, Marty also has his pilot’s license.
