Pancake Day
has been a tradition in Concord for over 50 years! A large number of dedicated board members and volunteers spend the entire day cooking pancakes and sausage for hungry customers. Always held on the third Thursday in March, Pancake Day is truly a community event, with close to 5000 people attending each year.
